Terms of service
Groundwork is a personal project built and run by Rodney Lunt, not a registered business. These terms are deliberately plain, this is a small, actively-developed app, not a product with a legal team behind it.
Using the app
Groundwork is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of any kind. It's under active development: modules, features, and behaviour can change, and access can be withdrawn at any time, including for an account or an entire organisation.
Your account and content
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself. The text you submit for a module's hands-on task is stored so your progress can be shown back to you and checked, don't submit anything you don't want kept.
Organisations and cohorts
If you join through an organisation's cohort code, that organisation's admin can see your per-module progress and submission text for modules assigned to your cohort. This is disclosed before you register, and applies for as long as your membership in that organisation lasts.
No professional advice
Nothing in Groundwork's modules or hands-on tasks constitutes professional, legal, or security advice. It's training content about working with Claude and related tooling, use your own judgement before applying anything from it in a production or otherwise consequential setting.
Changes
These terms can change as the app changes. Continuing to use Groundwork after a change means you accept the current version.
